As your health care partner, we strive to do everything in our power to ensure your prescriptions are refilled consistently and properly. Routine monitoring of your prescription supply and ensuring no breaks occur in recommended medication dosages will enable you to see the best possible health outcome.

It always best to anticipate your prescription refill needs and have any necessary prescriptions written during your scheduled office visit or treatment. Please bring your pharmacy number along with the container of the medicine that needs to be refilled.

If you are unable to do so, please call our office as early as possible during regular office hours for your refill of non-narcotic prescriptions and we will gladly take care of your prescription request promptly. Please have your pharmacy number handy as well as the container of the medication you need refilled.

Due to strict Federal regulations for prescription narcotics such as Percocet, MS Contin or Oxycontin, Tennessee Cancer Specialists will not be able to fill narcotic pain prescriptions after office hours or during weekend. We want you to have the medications you need when you need them, and ask that you please proactively plan narcotic prescription refill requests. We cannot make exceptions under any circumstances.
