We no longer require masks in our office. We will honor your choice to wear a mask and request that you bring your own if you choose to do so. If you are uncomfortable and would like the staff to wear a mask while providing your care, politely inform us, and we will be happy to honor your request. We ask that you call the office if you have COVID related symptoms or have had a known exposure to someone that has tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days.
Ashley Carr is a native of Jonesborough, TN . She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Milligan College. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Austin Peay State University. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of Northeast Tennessee Nurse Practitioners Association.
