We no longer require masks in our office. We will honor your choice to wear a mask and request that you bring your own if you choose to do so. If you are uncomfortable and would like the staff to wear a mask while providing your care, politely inform us, and we will be happy to honor your request. We ask that you call the office if you have COVID related symptoms or have had a known exposure to someone that has tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days.
Candice is a native of Georgia and moved to Tennessee three years ago with her family. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Columbus State University and her Master of Science in nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a board certified nurse practitioner with AANP.
