Kelly is a native of Elizabethton, TN. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. She has a total of 13 years of healthcare experience and is now a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelly is happily married with two sons.  She is passionate about providing excellent care to patients in her community.
