We no longer require masks in our office. We will honor your choice to wear a mask and request that you bring your own if you choose to do so. If you are uncomfortable and would like the staff to wear a mask while providing your care, politely inform us, and we will be happy to honor your request. We ask that you call the office if you have COVID related symptoms or have had a known exposure to someone that has tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days.
Nicole is a native of Oneida, TN. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
