Chelsea is a native of the Tri-Cities are of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University and her Master of Science degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She is also a member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
