Jeff grew up in El Paso, Texas and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of local, state, and national nurse practitioner organizations.
