Advanced Practice Providers

Sarah Hammons is a native of Johnson City, TN. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from East Tennessee State University. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP.  When Sarah graduated with her RN, she worked the oncology floor.  Over the years, she has cared for patients in medical oncology, outpatient infusion, and radiation therapy.  She also has over 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology.  She has a passion for patients and their families. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spoil her grandchildren.
