Advance Practice Providers

Tiffany is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she was president of the Student Nurses Association. She received her Master’s Degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She has over 17 years of hematology-oncology experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  She and Dr. Eapen have worked together since 2009. She is a member of JADPRO and the Oncology Nursing Society.
