Originally from Abington, Pennsylvania, Dr. Ibach received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He completed an internship and a residency in internal medicine at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He completed a fellowship at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Ibach is board certified in medical oncology. He is a member of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
